Unable to update your info?
When new accounts are created, they are considered “non-qualified”. Customers generally become qualified after placing two wholesale orders or ten drop ship orders. If you are interested in becoming qualified before this, please contact us.
Non-qualified accounts operate under certain restrictions for fraud prevention. One of these is that non-qualified customers are not permitted to make changes to their own information. If you contact us with the required changes (be sure to include the new address or email you'd like the account to show), we will be happy to make the changes for you.
We ask that you not include credit card info on the contact form for security reasons; just tell us you need to change the credit card info and someone will contact you by phone to get the information.
