All personal information submitted through the web, phone, mail, or fax is entered into our databases via secure systems. These secure systems are regularly monitored by Trust Keeper. Trust Keeper is a security monitoring company approved by Visa and Mastercard for assuring them that data is being handled properly.
Customers who sign up for wholesale or drop ship accounts will receive mailings from us about once a month notifying them of changes to our systems or ordering processes. If you would like to discontinue these newsletters for any reason there is a link at the end of each message to unsubscribe. These requests will be processed immediately. We do not sell, and never have sold, email addresses to third parties.
In order to fulfill orders we may be required to give your information to 3rd parties such as US Mail or UPS. Those companies are required by us to protect your information and privacy.
Discretion
Your products will be shipped in plain cardboard boxes. The originating address will be discreet also.
If someone from SexToyClub.com has to contact you by phone, if leaving a message for you (on a machine or with another person) they will say they work for “Convergence”, and will not make any reference to what sort of business you have with us.
Your credit card will show charges from “CONVERG”.
