If a wholesale item you order is out of stock, it will be shipped the next day from another warehouse. That invoice number will be the same invoice number with a -2 after it. You will be billed for those additional shipments. If you don't want us to ship back-ordered items, let us know. The best way to let us know is to enter a brief note in “Order Instructions” which appears in two boxes to the left of your shopping cart.
Drop ship items that are out of stock are simply canceled from your order and your wholesale account is refunded.
Out of stock items usually come back in stock within a week to 10 days, unless it is the result of a serious manufacturing problem.
If you go to the web page for the item you are interested in purchasing and it is out of stock, you will find a link to click on (follow directions listed) and the system will email you automatically when the item comes back in stock.
