Customs departments in each country often have regulations that should be investigated prior to placing orders; these may pertain to duty taxes and/or allowable items. Convergence is not responsible for any additional expenses incurred or for the retention of your order by customs if it does not pass inspection and you will not be refunded. The customer is responsible for all expenses in these circumstances.
Items ordered from outside vendors (with product numbers beginning with “CNV”) will incur additional shipping costs, and will also ship from the vendor's warehouse. International customers need to be aware that if an order contains items from multiple vendors, multiple shipments will occur, and different vendors will have different policies and levels of experience in dealing with customs. “CNV” items should be ordered with some caution for this reason.

Bahrain, Bulgaria, China, Egypt, Iceland, India, Indonesia, Kuwait, Malaysia, Namibia, New Zealand, Oman, Pakistan, Philippine, Qatar, Saudia Arabia, Singapore, South Korea, Thailand, United Arab Emirates.
